What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently we ship all orders via USPS – Usually for orders where shipping costs are less than $6.00 we’ll use USPS’s First Class service; for larger orders we’ll use Priority mail. Both options include tracking numbers.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Domestic orders shipped via USPS First Class service will usually arrive after 3-5 days of shipping. On very rare cases first class parcels can take up to a week to arrive. Domestic orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 3 days and we’ve never seen a case where it takes longer than 5 days. You can use this tool to estimate shipping time. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Priority depending on weight of the shipment.
Can I pickup my package locally?
At this time, we do not allow for local pickups of packages.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently use Stripe for our credit card processor. We proudly accept most major credit cards.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Your credit card information is never saved on our website. Additionally all traffic between our server and your computer is SHA 256bit + RSA encrypted through an SSL connection. This is the same encryption used on hundreds of other popular websites including Amazon, Apple, Walmart and eBay.

How do I place an Order?
Simply add your order to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. That’s all there is to it!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If your order has not shipped yet – simply go to the “My Account” page to view your orders, check status and change / cancel your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll recieve a USPS tracking number. Visit USPS’s account to track your order.
How Can I Return a Product?
We accept returns within 30 days of arrival. Contact us to return your product if you’re not satisfied for any reason. Our full return policy can be found here.
